So I’m back today with another awesome recipe for ya’ll. Introducing to you… *cue dramatic music*… the most amazing healthy peanut butter cups in the world. They are everything your heart desires, and more. These peanut butter cups are not only delicious (await for your taste buds to swoon like never before) but they are loaded with healthy stuff. The healthy stuff that makes your hair nice and healthy, your nails, your skin and even your digestive system all good in the hood. And the secret ingredient to that is none other than, COCONUT OIL! Yes, coconut oil. This stuff is the best thing ever. I swear. It is a miracle worker. Smother some coconut oil on everything in your life, and see the magic happen. (I’m sure you fitness peeps know what I’m talking about 😉 ) Coconut oil is loaded with healthy fatty acids, and having one tablespoon a day is amazing for your heart health and general well-being, and also full of coconuty-deliciousness!

It took me literally 10 minutes to make these peanut butter cups, because they are so easy. Just whoop 3 ingredients together, and you have a delicious, nutritious and healthy coconuty snack right at your finger tips. And I mean, at your finger tips. They are a great finger food treat to serve at any party!

And yes guys, it’s only 3 ingredients! I’m not a fan of complicated recipes, I like to keep things simple and sweet. And boy do I like to keep it sweet. But these peanut butter cups are sweet enough on their own, no sugar added in this recipe!

A close up of these beauties. I fed my little sister’s friends with these, and they loved it so much. They didn’t even know it was healthy! I didn’t tell the kids that I didn’t add any sugar in it, or coconut oil. They thought it was store bought Reese’s peanut butter cups. So I definitely can say that, this is a kid-approved treat!

  1. 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  2. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  3. 1 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  4. Optional: 1/2 block dark chocolate for the topping
  1. Combine first three ingredients together till well combined.
  2. Pour one tablespoon of batter into cupcake linings.
  3. Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Then, melt the chocolate in the microwave
  5. Pour onto the peanut butter cups and freeze again for another 15 minutes.
